Cleansing and the Profound Changes it Produces

Cleansing the body of the many toxins that can make it feel sick is very important. We are exposed to toxins every single day of our lives, which is dangerous because they can lead to disease. In the past 60 years, the number of toxins that we are exposed to has increased dramatically. A study in 2005 even revealed that the previous belief that babies were protected in their mother's womb was wrong. Babies are being born with toxins in their systems.

One practice that has proven to be amazing when it comes to combating the toxins that we are exposed to is cleansing. This is done in a number of ways, but one way in which people cleanse is through the consumption of raw foods. Being that a person feels ill when they have too many toxins in their body, they will feel much better when cleansing their body. It is important to know which foods are naturally cleansing. Those foods include:

  • A glass of water with lemon because the lemon acts as an anti-septic for the liver

  • Sprouted grains, beans, and nuts

These are some of the foods that you can include in your cleansing routine to help your body push out the toxins. It is good to stick to this because you are exposed to toxins every single day of your life. They come in air pollution and other elements that you are exposed to in the course of your day. You may not be able to escape the pollution that you are exposed to, but you can give your body that much needed boost to push out the toxins efficiently. That way you can feel great even though you are exposed to less than favorable conditions.

The changes are quite evident, but these changes also have an emotional impact on you. Think of this: You would never consider not cleaning your house, so why should your body be treated with less respect? By treating your body with respect, you can strengthen yourself both emotionally and physically. Just know that even eating nothing but raw food doesn't keep you away from the pollution and such that contaminates your body. Some also find that cleansing herbs such as Dandelion, Burdock, Garlic, Milk Thistle, and many more are effective in cleansing the body.
