Natural Raw Remedies for Face Care, Body Care and Hair Care

Why Seasonal Face Care, Body and Hair Care is Important

Summer is almost here so you need to start caring for your face, body and hair. If you want to look beautiful and healthy forever, or for as long as possible, then you should use skin care products as per the season. For instance, you should use cold creams in winters to keep the skin free from dryness while sunscreen in summer protects our skin from the ultraviolet rays of the sun. Every season is different and with these weather extremes our skin condition also varies.

Seasonal body care is essential because different conditions arise in each season and your skin reacts accordingly. Natural products made at home are the best for the body. They are easy to make and very cost effective. Always remember that what you apply on your skin is as important as what you eat and drink. Commercial products that are available on the market usually have lots of chemicals that can be harmful for your skin and your overall health. Below you will find advice on how to take care of your skin in summer. Summer is the season when our skin or body gets highly affected so please read on with careful consideration.

Face Care in Hot Summers

In summer you have to be extra careful about face care because UV rays can be dangerous and may lead to skin cancer. So use proper moisturizer and a good sunscreen to avoid these harmful UV rays.

Also drink at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day to avoid thirst and dehydration. The more water you drink the more glowing your face is. Water also helps eliminate toxins and also helps prevent acne or pimples.

Hair Care in Summer

Concerning hair care in summer, the very first thing to note is, summer season is a tough time for your hair. Your hair easily becomes curly, rough, dehydrated and wornout by the sun and dry wind. Sweating can also be harmful for your hair because sweat contains many toxins and this is why you must wash your hair at least three times a week with a mild herbal shampoo.

Though we know that oiling is essential for hair growth try to avoid it in summer. For a very easy and good hair pack you need – 2 tablespoons of multani mitti, 1/2 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoons of besan. Put this pack on your hair for around 20 minutes and then wash it out. This is a very healthy, natural hair pack as well as a good conditioner. It is worth remembering that home made products are best for your hair rather than using chemical products available on the market. Just by following some simple tips and suggestions you can easily avoid hair damage and manage to keep it healthy all summers long.

Body Care in Summer

Complete body care is one of the most difficult tasks in summer. By complete body care I mean, hand care, finger care, neck and chest care etc. The best thing you can do before facing the sun is to cover-up wear a full sleeved cotton top and jeans. Avoid black colour clothing. Drink lots of water and eat juicy fruits. You should also apply herbal sun cream lotion on your face, hands and neck.
