We Are What We Eat

When we know that we are ignorant and submit ourselves to the hand of nature and the order of the raw Food (the laws of nature), we start to understand that whatever we are taking in the form of food as well as any other environmental factors – water, air, vibrations, radiations and cosmic rays is changing us. We are what we eat. We are a phantom of what we take in. We are a transformation of our environment, a manifestation of this universe. We eat, therefore we exist. we eat, therefore we think; we eat, therefore we move; and we eat, therefore we live. Our system, organs, tissues, cells, molecules and atoms within our body have all come from our external world. Without food, that is, without our environment, all of our lives phenomena would not continue. By changing what we take in, we change ourselves, our body, mind, and spirit, and even society, culture and civilization. When we have difficulties, we should seek the cause in what we eat. When we have happiness, we understand that its origin is in our food. Those who know this are free human beings, and those who do not know this are in slavery.
