There is no question that we take a lot of things in life for granted. When was the last time that you looked at a clock or your watch for the time and considered how the individual components moved and worked together to give you the accurate time of day? Have you ever paused to consider the complex laws of physics and mechanics that operate within your vehicle as it carries you on your way to work or the grocery store? On the other hand, if even one of those smaller parts was working incorrectly, the whole would no longer function at its optimal condition, and do its job as effectively as possible. In fact, it may even stop working altogether. There is a need then to understand how the smaller elements work in combination to achieve harmony throughout the entire system. The same can be said of the interactions going on each day within our own bodies. This principle that alignment of the parts contributes to the functioning of the whole applies to our health and vitality as our components, all the way down to the microscopic level, determine the wellness of the entire system of our bodies. In the same way as the atoms that make us up determine the health of our bodies, our bodies in turn determine the wellness of the larger system that is part of this world. As the atoms act in harmony with each other, we act in harmony with all that exists in the world, and the result can be a level of peace and unity achieved only by the mutual understanding of how the components affect the whole.
The Mechanical System of Your Body
To begin, you must have an in depth understanding of the way that the atoms of our bodies move and work. Whether you remember it or not, you probably learned in a high school science class that all things are made up of atoms, the smallest particle of any chemical element. The atom itself consists of three smaller sub-atomic particles, protons, neutrons, and electrons. These smaller pieces of the atomic puzzle are responsible for the strength of the charge that an atom gives off, whether that charge is positive or negative, as well as the relative energy state and stability of the atom. You can see that knowing how these particles operate is crucial to understanding the role that they play in our vitality. An understanding of particle theory (and later atomic theory) began to appear in the 1800's, and scientists continue to explore the movements and behaviors of particles. In 1929, experiments were conducted (Estermann and Otto Stern) that demonstrated that, much like light particles, the sub-atomic particles of an atom also exhibit wave-like behaviors. This realization has had important implications in considering that the waves, or vibrations, of our atomic being are distributed throughout the universe. Both individually and collectively, our vibrations correspond with the vibrations dispersed by everything in our world, made up of atoms. Through a developing understanding of nuclear physics, scientists have been able to study the properties of a nucleus, and learn how the actions of the sub-atomic particles are acted on by other forces, and in turn govern the behavior of the atom.
Raw Food & Wave Function
All of a particle's information is encoded in its wave function. The wave function evolves over time, causing behaviors like interference and diffraction. This movement of the particle is measured using quantum mechanics, which is used to explain the way that particles move and interact. Imagine these highly sophisticated behaviors functioning irregularly, as a result of incorrect chemical balances within the body that cause the particles to be unable to act in ideal ways. This scenario describes the importance of maintaining the naturally intended order of balance within the microcosm that is our body. Eating only raw food preserves this harmony by providing exactly what we need in order for all of the parts of our body, down to the sub-particle level, to operate perfectly. When we alter this process of natural design through manufactured means, we are interfering with the means by which our vibrations are optimally produced. The more you educate yourself about the atomic processes that are going on in us and around us all the time, the more you will come to realize that fueling these processes correctly is critical for the perfection of our body in fulfilling its design. You will begin to see how raw food eating is the key to unlocking the body's greatest potential.
