Nature's First Raw Foods are Sources of Pure Energy

What is “Pure Energy”, the answer is that nutrients are taken in from an out side source and this source energizes our body system. Nutrients should be pure and natural without causing any side effects such as acidity, indigestion, toxins, unwanted fat and all other things that are bad for our health.

The food we intake is the fuel we use for our energy for movements. The simple theory for giving your body “pure energy” is to give it what makes good and avoid what is harmful now or in the longer run.

What We Put Into Our System

If you honestly analyze what you send into our digestive system every day, you will understand immediately how many things you eat is hard and strenuous for your digestive organs.   Fried, grilled, toasted and churned delicacies of meat, vegetables, potato and banana chips, vinegar soaked condiments, pickles, sauces, ketch-ups, snacks, buttered and cheese smeared white bread, eggs; coffee; tea and so on, washed down with yeast-filled wine, beer and other liquor brands.
