Nature's First Raw Foods are Sources of Pure Energy
What is ‘Pure Energy’? The answer is that nutrients are taken in from an outside source and this source energizes our body system. Nutrients should be pure and natural without causing any side effects such as acidity, indigestion, toxins, unwanted fat and all other things that are bad for our health.
The food we intake is the fuel we use for our energy for movements. The simple theory for giving your body ‘pure energy’ is to give it what is good and avoid what is harmful now or in the longer run.
