Meet Michelle Master
Michelle's passion for creating beautiful, nourishing cuisine was ignited after traveling extensively throughout France at the age of 16. Whether consulting with high profile chefs or preparing to launch her own gourmet cookie company in NYC, food was always a central part of her life. So were her health challenges, though, which led her to discover the raw food lifestyle in 2007. This inspired her desire to create raw desserts with the same "eyes rolling in the back of your head" appeal as the gourmet desserts she knew and loved. Her efforts evolved into what is now CocoGazelle, a boutique line of decadent raw confections that capture the fun, sexy side of raw. In addition to launching CocoGazelle, she is currently a raw pasty chef at various restaurants in NYC and enjoys improving people's health one delicious bite at a time.
