  • Fruits – There are many fruits that can help with the pain that can come from gout. If your body is low on some of these it will cause pain and an increase in the fluid in the joints. This can create a problem with gout that can only be helped with a change in your diet.
  • Vegetables – You can never have enough vegetable in your diet. You will find that these have the nutrients to help you fight off any problems associated with arthritis or gout.

When you are enduring pain caused by gout you need to know what can help you and what to do to change it because knowledge is power. Another thing you may want to do is check with your doctor or natural health practitioner so that you know that what you are doing is going to help instead of making it worse.
