What Causes The Flu?

What Can I Do?
There are some things that you can do to help prevent yourself from becoming infected with the flu. You can stay away from people that may be coughing, and most importantly, wash your hands. If you do these kinds of things, then you may be able to prevent your own body from infection. Remember, prevention is always best.
Raw Foods That Can Help Combat Flu Symptoms
There are many foods that can help when you are dealing with flu symptoms. These foods can be anything from fruits to many vegetables. Some may even help prevent the flu all together. Some of these include:
- Apples – Apples help by boosting the vitamin c in the body so that you are more immune to most viruses and if you do get them you will not have to deal with it as long as if you didn't do anything for it.
- Oranges – Oranges also have a high amount of vitamin c in them so they can help with the effects of this kind of virus. This can make you feel better or not even get it at all.
