This will help the body to stretch and slow the effects that Fibromyalgia has on your joints and muscles. You should also manage your day better to increase your energy level.

  • Carrots – This is a good food to add to your diet to help with give your body a boost of nutrients that can help you fight the effects of fibromyalgia.
  • Fruits – Many fruits can help with the problems that can be caused by this disease and will help you feel totally energized.
